How to restore purchases
Open the paywall or subscription screen in the app and choose restore purchases. If access still does not update, email support with your Apple ID purchase date and device model.
Support is available through our Contact Support form. Typical response target: 1–3 business days.
That usually means the in-app subscriptions were not yet submitted or linked to the current app version in App Store Connect. TestFlight uses Apple’s live subscription availability rules, so a build may run before products are ready.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, choose FreshPlan, and cancel before renewal.
If a purchase is charged but not recognized after restore, use Contact Support. Include screenshots, the plan selected, and whether you were using App Store or TestFlight.
