Data Deletion

FreshPlan data deletion and export requests

Users may request deletion of personal data or request a copy of eligible data by using Contact Support.

Examples of data that may be deleted

• Account profile data
• Pantry and shopping list entries
• Receipt and planning records associated with the account
• Support records where deletion is legally permissible

Data that may be retained temporarily

Some records may be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or backup cycles where permitted by law.

Verification

FreshPlan may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the requestor before processing a deletion or export request.

Response timing

Requests are generally addressed within 30 days, subject to applicable law and operational complexity.
