How to delete a FreshPlan account
To request account deletion, use Contact Support from the email address associated with the account.
What to include
- Registered account email
- Request to delete the FreshPlan account
- Any relevant device or subscription details if access issues are involved
What happens next
FreshPlan may verify the request before deletion. Once confirmed, the account and associated in-app data will be scheduled for deletion unless limited retention is required by law, fraud prevention, payment dispute handling, or security obligations.
Timing
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Users must cancel subscriptions separately in Apple ID settings.
